Skin Types and Treatment:

It is essential to understand what skin type you actually in order to make a right decision about the proper treatment and care of your skin. The initial quality, or type, of your skin is genetically that you are born with. Most people are confused to figure out exactly what their skin type is. Skin can be divided into various types according to its texture. Generally, skins are classified in five basic types:
1.    Normal skin
2.    Dry skin
3.    Oily skin
4.    Combination skin and
5.    Sensitive skin.
Each skin has particular characteristics and requires specific care or treatment. But the question is how to understand you skin type. Very simple, take a clean facial tissue or paper and wipe your face in the morning, when you have just got up:
  • If the tissue does not contain any traces of oil and your skin feels vivacious, elastic, and flexible then you have a normal type of skin.
  • If the paper or tissue becomes dry and clean but your skin get flaky, dry, and tight after weeping then your skin is almost dry.
  • If your paper are contains facial oil on it, when you press it on the areas of your cheeks, nose, and forehead then you are belonging an oily skin.
  • If the tissue have traces of oil coming from your nose and forehead, but clean in the areas that touched your cheeks then your skin is combination.
  • If the paper or tissue is very dry and your skin tends to feel tight, and becomes inflamed and irritated easily then you have a sensitive skin.
No matter what type of your skin is. Here are some beauty recipes for your skin which you can formulate easily at your home using mostly common household products:

Brightening normal skin:

Use the following pack if you have a normal skin:

  • Ingredient:
  1. One tea spoon of lemon juice
  2. Half cup of yoghurt
  3. One tea spoon of orange juice
  • Method:
    1. Make a past by mixing these Ingredients
    2. Clean your face, neck, throat and upper side of your chest.
    3. Apply the past on your face, neck, throat and the upper side of your chest.
    4. Take a rest for 20 minutes
    5. Then rinse your face with moderate warm water and swab with a fresh cloth.

    Treatment for oily skin:

    If your skin is oily then apply the following pack for better treatment:

    • Ingredient:
    1. Tow spoon of lemon juice
    2. One spoon of glycerin
    3. Three spoon of rose water
    • Method:
    1. Take these all Ingredient and blend until it becomes thick
    2. Now use this pack on your face, neck, throat the uncovered area of your body
    3. Wait for 20 minutes
    4. Then rinse your face with moderate warm water and swap with fresh cloth.
    Apply this pack 6 days in a week and continue it for four weeks. Hope you will get a better result from it.
